Planning a rewarding career in Information technology? A few facts for you

India today produces about 1.8 million fresh graduate engineers who queue up for technical jobs in the market. Industry today cannot  provide more than 0.4 million jobs, which leaves a huge gap in demand and supply.

The issue compounds because thousands of such engineers end up becoming redundant due to new technology and processes eliminating their jobs. With intense competition and an ever increasing risk of loosing a job due to redundancy of skillsets has made it essential for me to guide you all on how to be more successful in creating a career of a lifetime.

The best of the lot also face the challenges the same way others do, but the criterion’s are different. The best get to study in elite colleges and when they pass out, bring a lot of expectations from the companies they get hired into. Keeping up to the expectations puts tremendous pressure on them, mainly when the fast changing economic environment leaves little time for anything else except slogging for results.

“Based on my experiences, I am putting a series of blogs on how to create a successful global career in technology“

Unlike many, I have gone through the grind of all the challenges and learning and have been lucky enough to come out successful in making a career instead of struggling to keep my job.  Moreover, today I create hundreds of jobs and look forward to make an impact in corporate world.

My experiences have taught me several things, which I have covered in my earlier blogs. Based on my experiences, I am putting a series of blogs on how to create a successful global career in technology. Since my domain is that of information technology, I can guide and advise millions who pursue this domain with authority. Others can extrapolate most of the things, which in my view are common.
